Moving house can be stressful but when it comes to moving and buying a property in another country, the prospect is not only daunting but terrifying as well.   I have just made that transition.  However, prior to my move, I was introduced to John Clifford by a friend who lives here in Spain.  John contacted me asking for preferences as to where I wanted to live and the type of property I was looking at buying.  He reported back to me on a daily basis.  At the end of June this year, I met up with John to view some properties.  I found his opinions to be honest and fair. Luckily, I found a property that I wanted to purchase.  From there on in, John and his associates have made the whole process, in every aspect, simpler and less worrying.  He has every angle covered from the legal side (Solicitors/Notaries), banking, even down to the day-to-day running of the household. John is a professional in his field but his helpful, caring and considerate attitude towards his clientele is exemplary.  His attention does not stop after the sale/ purchase of a property.  He is always at the end of a phone if you need help!
